Levi’s Pop-Up Store
Retail Design | 2026
During the third year of Cibap Pama designed a pop-up store concept for Levi's, inspired by the brand's origins during the California Gold Rush. The design combines the industrial aesthetic of the surroundings (Spoorzone Zwolle) with the textures, materials, forms, and subtle gold details associated with the California Gold Rush.
The storefront shows the Pop-Up integrated in the environment. It was designed with the purpose of giving a strong impression and drawing people in.
An overview of the retail space, showing how the different shapes and raw materials come together within the store.
Ropes descend from the ceiling towards the product displays. The displays appear as if they have been lowered into the store, inspired by the idea of descending into a mine.
By combining a reflective surface with a gold finish, this wall creates the illusion of a larger space while directly connecting the interior to the gold rush.
The fitting rooms continue the industrial character of the store while creating a more intimate space within the larger retail environment, the fitting rooms also show the western influences through saloon doors and classic tapestry.
